Why You Should Come to SQL Saturday #48 - Columbia, SC

SQL Saturday #48 is on October 2. We're offering free SQL Server and PowerShell training from some great names in the business. We're offering free lunch. And we've got some awesome prizes, courtesy of our sponsors. I say we've got great names, so here are some of them:

Microsoft Employees:

Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs):

There are also some great speakers who aren't Microsoft employees or haven't been recognized as MVPs, such as Stuart Ainsworth and Aaron Nelson, to just name 2. We have 29 different speakers giving 48 sessions in tracks for database administration, database development, and business intelligence. Mix in great sessions on professional development and PowerShell, and there should be something for everyone who works with SQL Server. So if you haven't already registered, what are you waiting for?

K. Brian Kelley - Databases, Infrastructure, and Security

IT Security, MySQL, Perl, SQL Server, and Windows technologies.

Glad to see some non MVPs.  My first SQL Saturday I filled with all "up and coming" and local speakers, then filled any holes with MVPs.  Now some of those who spoke at that type of event for their first time, like Patrick LeBlanc, are now MVPs!

Btw, I was really bumbed you didn't make it that first year.  And now Rodney and I live down in OPASS territory, Orlando.  Maybe after things settle down with the baby front, you can get down to this area and speak.  Are you considering speaking at SQL Rally?
