SQL Server 2005 Books Online has been updated for SP1. The newest version is labeled SQL Server 2005 Books Online (April 2006). If you've updated to SP1, you'll likely want to update to the newest version of Books Online as well. Do note that the SP1 install does not update Books Online automatically for you. You'll have to do that manually. You can grab the download here:

If you have an existing, older, version of SQL Server 2005 Books Online installed you will be prompted to upgrade the current installation. Once the installation completes you should be able tell you've got the new version because the title bar will include the April 2006 date.

Also, there is a warning on the download page you should heed if you're running a beta or CTP version of Visual Studio .NET 2005, .NET Framework 2.0, SQL Server 2005, or SQL Server 2005 Books Online. Here's what it says:

Warning: Do not install this version of the SQL Server 2005 Books Online on a computer running the following:
Any pre-release versions of Visual Studio 2005 or the .NET Framework 2.0.
Any SQL Server 2005 Beta release.
The SQL Server 2005 Community Technology Preview (CTP) June 2005 release.
The SQL Server 2005 CTP September 2005 release.
Remove these versions from your system before installing SQL Server 2005 Books Online (April 2006).
