A new PASS chapter has been established in Southern New England!

The Southern New England SQL Server User Group (SNESSUG) will be holding its first meeting on March 14, 2007 from 6:00PM to 9:00PM at the New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, RI. Don't miss this opportunity to learn from industry experts, win free giveaways and network with other SQL Server professionals in the Southern New England area. Refreshments will be provided.

Presenter: Grant Fritchey
Topic: Unit Testing Using Visual Studio Team Edition for Database Professionals

Abstract: The presentation will explain the purpose behind unit testing and explore the various methods available for unit testing within Visual Studio as well as extensions to the unit tests.

Bio: Grant is a database administrator for FM Global. He has 18 years experience in IT including time spent in support and development. Grant has been working with SQL Server since 6.0 back in 1995. He worked with Sybase for a few years. Grant has developed in VB, VB.Net, C# and Java. He is currently working on methods for incorporating Agile development techniques into database design and development at his company.

The Southern New England SQL Server User Group was created to provide a local forum in the Southern New England area for SQL Server professionals to educate, network, and share information with one another.
