Support for SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3a Is Ending

It has been announced before in a few channels, but it hasn't really been pushed out in the mainstream media until this week. Apparently Premier and Account managers have been communicating this, but I'm surprised it hasn't been announced more widely.

You can check the Service Pack Support page for yourself and see that next Tuesday, July 10, 2007, support ends for this particular rev level.

I'm not sure to what extent people are still on SP3a instead of SP4. However, if you need to call support after Tuesday, you'll need to be on SP4, so please be sure you've tested it.
