Transact-SQL Programming

by Kevin Kline

3 Stars -

I bought this book a couple years ago and found it to be a great reference for T-SQL for SQL Server 6.5 and basic T-SQL. While it does not contain a number of the enhanced features that were added in SQL Server 7 and 2000, it is a good beginning book to understanding T-SQL.

If you are looking for a good reference that is easy to read, this is a good book, but The Guru's Guide should already be on your bookshelf.
