when i am finding server health i can't able to understand how we check that
how can we monitor the general health of the server?

Server, or SQL Server?
You can either build your own scripts, reports...etc...or buy 3rd Party monitoring and Dashboard tools.

What do you consider health?
There are a lot of roll your own projects of this because everybody looks at health differently.
