  Hi,

  I'm facing the following problem. When I'm trying to open SSAS 2005 properties I have this error, the same in 2008:

  TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio

  ------------------------------

  Cannot show requested dialog.

  ------------------------------

  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  Cannot show requested dialog. (SqlMgmt)

  ------------------------------

  The type initializer for 'Microsoft.AnalysisServices.ManagementDialogs.ServerPropertiesLanguagePanel' threw an exception. (Microsoft.AnalysisServices.ManagementDialogs)

  ------------------------------

  Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: '4096' Key being added: '4096' (mscorlib)

  ------------------------------

  BUTTONS:

  OK

  ------------------------------

  Server details:

  win 2003 sp2 84x

  sql serv 2005 sp2

  sql serv 2008

  net framework 2.0 sp2

  net framework 3.5 sp1

  However, I can access to the properties via remote connection from my local SQL Server 2005, 2008.

  I almost give up.

  Any help will be appreciated.

  Installing SQLServer2012-KB2894115-x64 (470544_intl_x64_zip) finally fixed this issue.

  Now with all that being said, I would just download SP2
