In your second article you define postal code as nchar(5). While that works for us zip codes some international postal codes are six characters and must include a space character.

Nice job describing temporal data. I actually didn't know that a series of information was called temporal data.
I also didn't know that the gender of legal entities was '9'.

I noticed that part 3 of this series is published here http://www.sqlservercentral.com/articles/Stairway+Series/69927/, but still listed as "coming soon." Thought you might want to update this. I like the series, it's a great refresher course for anyone who works with these principals every day.
