This is a nice overview / introductory article. SSRS is such as large product it is difficult to cover everything it can do. But a lot of folks out there need to see the basics, and how to put together some good reports using this tool. I look forward to your next article.

good article
i had to learn the basics late last year and it's pretty easy to get going to write basic reports. next step for me is to write complicated reports like some of our BI devs do with sub-reports inside reports.

Very nice intro. Well done. I'm definitely looking forward to the rest of the series.
