I am having a word(.doc or .docx) file in my server i need to import it in database tro file stream (SQL server 2008) how to do. attachement is tro .net(front end ) i will have to brows in that,after getting the path and file i need to save in my database server. how can i do

Hi
how to insert a file in my database that is tro attachment.
i am using browse option in my computer after that i am selecting a file (which may be any formate .txt,.xls,.doc,.docx etc) and saving in the database.in database i am having a table with uniqueid and varbinary(max) field to store the details
how to store it and retrieve back it
