I have noticed that SQl server 2005 developer edition does not delete backups, during the maintenance plan setup, there is a textbox that specifies the number of days after which the backup will be deleted from the location i.e "Delete backups older than 5 days". Can anyone put me through on this or am i not going through the right procedures?????
