Hi,
I have 3 years of experience as a SQL Server DBA and 4 years experience in development using other technologies.
Have completed MCTS exam and preparing for MCITP.
Currently I am located in india and ready to relocate to any other country. Can anyone let me know if there is any requirement ?.
Thanks.

I just have to ask this question... what's so wrong with India that all the techies want to bail out of it? I'm not trying to be a smart guy about this... I'd really like to know.

I would not recommend coming to the US becuase more and more of the IT work here is being outsourced to India.

I would agree with this statement.

There is nothing wrong as such.
May be we Indians are very broad minded..flexible..mingling..
We can easily adapt other cultures..can adjust with it and can survive in any condition without forgetting our own culture. Also we are curious, would like to know what's happening outside india..and luv to be a part of it as well.
We always like to learn from others and also we share our knowledge with others.
.....I said "I am ready to relocate to any other country"
Did I say I am ready to work only in switzerland or canada.? NO..I am ready to work even in Uganda, I dont mind. That's our mentality.
In US if too many jobs are outsourced to Indians, I don't think thats a problem with Indians. Perhaps They are quite capable of doing it, hence they have been given more and more works. Nothing else.

I think you missed the point.
If the jobs are going from the US to India, then why move away from the jobs? If you are in India and all of the US jobs are available to you in India, it would be easier to get a job in India than in the US right now.
