Yup, turns out you (and actually me too!) were 100% correct,and in fact one of the co-chairs worked it all out at PASS, I just never got the word. I'll post the links for our Philadelphia SQL Saturday Event as soon as I get the chance.

Barry... the link for the Proposed Session is broken. The underlying link just has "=Philadelphia SQL Saturday Event" and seems to be missing a couple of pieces...
