Iam a junior DBA, i want to know how to deploy database objects from development server to production server.

Red Gate SQL Compare is a pretty good tool for this.

Visual Studio Team System Database Professional Edition is a great tool for all aspects of managing database projects, including deployment.

There are other tools that can do the job, those are just the first two that come to mind.

You can also just script the objects manually and run the scripts on the target server.
