I had to attach database to a different server and while it was attaching, I answered NO to turning Full text-search catalog. I can't do a full backup on the database, is there a way to turn it back on. I am new to this. Thanks

What was your fix on this?? I have a build server that is schema only. I just tried to back it up and got a message that says the full text catalog was offline and needs to be brought back online. I am not seeing what/how to do this....
