  Hi,

  I am trying to run dtsunui through a machine where sql 2000

  is not installed.I did copied the dtsrunui.exe,dtsrunui.dll and

  dtsrunui.rll files.But on executing dtsrunui.exe got a error msg

  the application failed to start because SEMSFC.dll was not found.

  Re-installing the application will solve the problem.Is there any

  way by which i can run the utility without installing it.
