Hi I am new to to SSRS...I have requirement to create a report based on filter
I need to select Product>Product type>Product name>Total revenue(fact value) based on the Date.
For more clarity all the information should be in Drop down
select Product
select Product Type
select Product Name
and display the total revenue.
All the fields Product,Product type and Product name are in different dimension tables.
How can i achive this from SSRS

I am new to SSRS also, but this book helped me "Applied Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services" by Teo Lachev
The extra to the book is the video's he has on his web site.
http://www.prologika.com/Books/0976635313/Video/amrs2008.html
You might want to go through his videos. It helped me with SSRS and I still go back to them for referance.
