whether we can do scripting of Maintenanceplan created in sql server 2005 ?

You can export the Maintenance Plan to a file and import it into another server. All you have to do then is open the Maintenance Plan Design Tab and click save on the new server and all of your jobs will be created on the new server. Not sure if this is exactly what you want to do, but I thought it may help.
