If these critical fixes are not part of SP3 then would you recommend holding off on SP3 and wait for SP4?

I'm hoping that the SP4 comment on their website was either a typo . I should have a list of fixes in SP3 when they release their beta in the next few weeks and after that, I could better answer the question. Thanks!
