Do you want to save the schema defintions (Create Table etc...) or the schema and the data?

SQL Server doesn't export the entire database. You can
- back it up, if you need to transfer it somewhere.
- script out the schema (object definitions, permissions, keys, etc)
- export the data in CSV or similar format.

You need to let us know what you are trying to achieve, not just reference Oracle.
