I get this error while trying to apply SQL Server 2005 SP3 to an instance.

Error Number : 29537
Error Description : MSP Error: 29537 SQL Server Setup has encountered the following problem: [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]The conversation handle "141EEA27-021B-DE11-A973-0014222200AA" is not found.. To continue, correct the problem, and then run SQL Server Setup again.

Any one have any suggestions?

What is the OS on the Sql server? Have you upgraded that OS recently? Please post your summary.txt file from the attempted SP3 upgrade.
