Dear All
I must transfer data MsExel file to Sql sever table. but i had error.
Error
Error at source Row number 3028. Error encounterd so far this task:1,
Data for source column 7("DESCRIPTION") is too large for the specified buffer size.
How to expand Frech Buffer size in sql 2000?

Check the length of the DESCRIPTION column
In SQL ,char or varchar max length is 8000
Beyond that, its raise error
