I need help on SQL 2000 fulltext + MS DTC issues

SQL server crashed and it failed over to Standby server. After rebuilded and Installed SQL server and SQL SP4 using advance option-maintenance mode installation. I was able to fail the server back to the rebuild node but the Fulltext not available.

Ran SP_fulltext "enable
Ran msdtc -resetlog

Check the event log
EventID 4384

MS DTC was unable to start because the installation was not configured to run on a cluster. Please create a MS DTC resource through cluster administrator. Error Specifics: d:t\com\complus\dtc\shared\mtxclu\mtxclusetuphelper.cpp:534, Pid: 5136, CmdLine: C:\WINDOWS\system32\msdtc.exe

Eventid 4388
"msdtc -resetlog" did not succeed because the log file is located on a shared disk owned by another node.

EventID 4163
MS DTC log file not found. After ensuring that all Resource Managers coordinated by MS DTC have no indoubt transactions, please run msdtc -resetlog to create the log file.

EventID 4135
Failed to create/reset the MS DTC log file.

MY plan are failed the the cluster group back the rebuild node and run command "msdtc -resetlog" to reset MSDTC log. Stop and Start MSDTC service if not working
2. re-apply SQL SP4 on the rebuild node with the cluster group on
3. Install MS DTC following the instruction from MS Q301600

Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks
