Could someone please help in using this stored procedure sp_SQLSMTPMail.

I think this sp is crucial for getting the stuff done.
Please assist me in finding this and using it?

I've never heard of sp_SQLSMTPMail. Is it an add on you installed on SQL Server? What version of SQL Server are you using? If you are using 2005 or 2008 you should be using DB Mail which is an SMTP based email process native to SQL Server.
