Steve, when I click on the links to get Best of SQL Server Central Volumes 5 and 6, i see 3 other e-books 1. Simple Talk Crib Sheet Compendium 2. The Art of High Performance SQL by Grant Fritchey and 3. The Art of XSD by Jacob Sebastian
but not the 2 Best of books. How can I get Vols 5 and 6?
