I was totally off..
I pick Mercury cause I know not much about him and both Elton John and David Bowie are gays. Since I don't see it has anything to do with DBA or expert of it..

Hmmmm. I don't know whether Elton Join is gay, even if his better-known cousin Elton John came out a few years ago, but besides being a fantastic performer, I'm pretty sure that Mercury swung both ways, just as is said about Bowie. Point is, does it matter what a person's sexual orientation is when judging performance, whether on a stage or in an office? I don't think so.
