Brian,

Interesting video. I work in a system where we don't use views because only the lead developer and myself (the DBA) directly access the database. Would there be any need for views or synonyms in a small organization such as that?

One other question on your video - you mention '3 part syntax' and '4 part syntax'. I have never heard that terminology before. What do you mean by that?
