Yum, just finished my prime rib - that hit the spot after all the carnivore talk. Late Lunch due to meetings during lunch - had to get something substantive.

Thanks Gus, I would never have thought of milk! I'll try and let you know the results.
My steak recipe is the shortest ever:
* volcano hot grill
* raw steak
* max 20 second per side
Serve with salt, pepper and a drop of tuscan olive oil.
The chef suggests a glass of red wine, possibly "Sagrantino di Montefalco".
...Uhmmm... I'm getting hungry.
Here's the way I used to order steak...
Waitress: ... and how would you like the steak done?
Me: Black'n'Blue
Waitress: Pardon me?
Me: Not to worry... just tell the cook to chase it out here and I'll cut a piece off as it runs by.

Boycott dinner - tell her Thanksgiving is next week
Or dress the turkey with A-1...

MMmmmmm..... dead cow good....
Now my stomach is rumbling.
I'm definitely stopping by the grocery store for a couple of ribeyes and good cab.
I hope all y'all have a great weekend.

I'm not much of a steak fan (or beef in general much), but I think I'll be trying out the steak recipe soon.
