This thread is now at 39,153 posts. Do we start the countdown now to 40,000?
Isn't 39,153 to 40,000 a count up?
Naw, wait until we are closer and then we start the "99 bottles of beer" routine.
The wheels on the bus have started rolling round n round. We can't stop it now.
But we'd need more than 70 cases of beer to count it properly.
I'm willing to do my part.

842 bottles of beer on the wall!
842 bottles of beer!
I want one.
Me too!
Or I am thirsty, me two!
I just got confused and lost count again.

I think you were T-837, but the seductive fluid may have had a pernicious influence on my counting.

I think someone is several miles out of his depth here...
http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Forums/Topic1430383-2799-1.aspx
p.s. I know he needs to partition by date, not region. Trying to get him to realise that as well by asking if he's archiving and deleting entire regions.

Quite so. I don't think I'll even venture there for more than a peek now and then.
