HI
SQL2005 is started but SQL Server Analysis Services is giving this error
Message: The service cannot be started: Errors related to feature availability and configuration: SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 evaluation period has expired. (Source: \\?\C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.2\OLAP\Log\msmdsrv.log, Type: 3, Category: 289, Event ID: 0xC1210000)
I am using multiple instance .
also get this error
Could not start the network library because of an internal error in the network library. To determine the cause, review the errors immediately preceding this one in the error log.

Did you have any problem during installation the other instances, what SP you are using for the moment!?

"SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 evaluation period has expired"
Looks like your evaluation copy has expired.
I'm getting the same exception, but not due to this issue (the statement "evaluation period has expired") is not in the log.
I read a suggestion regarding setting Locale to "en-US" & iCountry to "United States" in the registry.
This proved fruitless.
Anyone else with a similar problem?

This is generic error in SSAS 2005 saying evaluation has expired. This is fixed in SSAS 2008.
