    Are you the administrator? If not, ask your admin to reset password.

    If you are the admin, is there a windows authentication login that exists with sysadmin permissions?

    This is like saying you forgot your Windows sign on and what can we do? There's nothing we can do. You need an admin to help as noted above.

    not to be snarky, but if you Google just a little bit you will find literally 1,000's of posts, blogs, articles on the subject. Just read a few and see which one most closely resembles your particular case.
