Just tossing out a suggestion, you might want to consider creating an account on YouTube and upload your video podcasts there. You would save on bandwidth, people could subscribe, and there is a chance that there is some ad profit sharing system that you could take part of. There are a lot of SQL Server related videos on YouTube.
