Has anyone out there tried to create a data mart based on the SSIS Event Log data? I have a need now to increase the visibility into the ETL processes I manage at my company and am leaning towards a mart rather than just OLTP queries for the reports. The main reason I'm leaning towards the mart is that there are different data sources from which the report data is collected that needs to be consolidated.
Anyone?
