i have database in Sql server 2005, n now i have installed visio, pls tell me how to import sql database into visio, so that like SQL, visio too generate DFD at its own , on just adding desired tables

Do you mean data diagram? Click "Database" in the menu, then select "Reverse Engineer..."

Its fairly simple. You just need to create a user dsn and choose the provider. Visio will help you to reverse engineer the database schema to Logical model.
