When a SQL Server Agent Service account locked out what will be the impact on below?

1. Whether SQL Server Agent Service will up?
2. SQL Server Job owned by other than SQL Server Service account will get fire?

Find your reply here:

1. When SQL Server Agent service account locked you can't restart the Agent but if agent is running no impact.
2. If agent is stoped no SQL Server job will fire.

Try this and double check in test environment.
