As mentioned in the Project Server TechCenter on TechNet:

Three SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services components must be installed on the Project Server application server. If all of them are not installed, then this error occurs.

Where does this question mention Project Server? That's two days in a row with bad questions.

Yes -- the answer says it's a Project Server issue. The question, however, says nothing about Project Server.
