What does this mean:
"If you are using any object type code as “S” this will not work. System tables (S) are not exposed"

Does it mean you can not use S as a table name for instance?

The sysobjects table returns a list of every object in the database. One of the columns is Object Type which is "P" for a stored procedure, "V" for a view, "T" for a user table, etc., including "S" for a System Table.

Just to clarify: Yes, you can use "S" as a table name.
