When i subscribed to the podcast feed at http://www.podshow.com/feeds/sqlservercentral.xml in my Zune I am getting the mp3, mov and wmv files. It would be nice if I could pick which one to get.

Working on that. I need some type of admin tool here to build the feed, but I'll see if I can get them separated out.

Steve, I'm still getting 4 files for every show via the Zune marketplace. Have you had a chance to look into this yet?

Steve, when I subscribe to just the mp3 format in my Zune, I get an error message that "The RSS appears to be valid but there is no content" and nothing shows up. It appears there is something wrong on the feed. could you please have someone investigate. Thanks
Dean

Maybe we should get a Zune and test ;)
I'll have someone look into it. The links should go directly to the MP3 files.

Steve, I notice that when I go to http://www.sqlservercentral.com/Xml/Rss/Articles/Editorial%20-%20MP3/ I just see a list of titles but no actual files are shown. When I go to other RSS feeds, such as dot net rocks at http://www.pwop.com/feed.aspx?show=dotnetrocks&filetype=master I see the actual mp3 file listed. Hopefully this will be a helpful clue.

The issue appears to be in the tag system. It's meant to work with browsers, not as much with the Zune and other devices. We kind of hacked it in there.
The bad news is I don't have developer time right now, but perhaps we could get some community contributions there. I'm going to talk to the boss and see.
