Is it possible to install the Workstation Tools from the July CTP on a WS already running SQL Server 2005 WS components? I receive a message indicating there is nothing to install since the 2005 WS components are already instaled.

Ideally, you should install both the SQL 2008 database first, and then install the SQL 2008 tools to this SQL 2008 instance. You shouldnt try to install the tools to an SQL 2005 database.
