This trigger works perfectly on my one server, however I created it on a second server and for some reason I don't receive the email. Database Mail is setup and I made the change to exec msdb.dbo.sp_send_dbmail. Of course my error message is Error: 50000 Severity: 16 State: 10. Has anyone had this problem? I'm not sure where to check to get an understanding of what went wrong. There is nothing helpful in msdb.dbo.sysmail_allitems or msdb.dbo.sysmail_event_log.
