I tried Diagnostic Manger and like it a lot, but the price it about $900.00 more than Teratrax and they both seem to do the same thing. Does anyone have any real world experience using either? I am trying Teratrax at the moment and it seems pretty good, just not as refined as DM. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Bart

I use Diagnostic Manager (DM), honestly, I had never heard of TeraTrax, I may need to check that out. That said, I cannot give an objective comparison of the two, I can say I like DM, I can dig into issues / problems fairly quickly, and the data it tracks tends to be useful as well.

| There was a article in SQL Server Magazine comparing the two. They both have their strengths. I will see if I can find the article online and send you a link to it.
