Update: I replied to the email I received in receipt of payment requesting that the SCC source code be added to the registration and it was updated promptly.
Also, I was not a PASS Premium member but registered as a member and checked the

checkbox. Everything went through fine. Net result: saved $50 off the registration fee and got a Premium membership thrown in to boot!
