Hi,

To avoid Blank pages in PDF

In BIDS, do the following:
1. Click on Report > Report Properties > Layout tab
2. Make a note of the values for Page width, Left margin, Right margin
3. Close and go back to the design surface
4. In the Properties window, select Body
5. Click the + symbol to expand the Size node
6. Make a note of the value for Width
To render in PDF correctly Body Width + Left margin + Right margin must be less than or equal to Page width. When you see blank pages being rendered it is almost always because the body width plus margins is greater than the page width.
Remember: (Body Width + Left margin + Right margin) <= (Page width)

Thanks,
Nemo

Guys in SSRS 2008,

Very important property that can be easily ignored here is: ConsumeContainerWhitespace property of the Report. This is set to False by default, So the whitespace is not ignored by the renderer and is repeated on next page. Setting this to True solved all my Extra Blank Page problems in SSRS 2008.

Cheers.

now, my report is working like a charm.
It helped me a lot.

many thanks!

I am not a common user dealing with document and image processing. But itis said that choosing a fine third party tool is very important to the document and image printing work. As for myself, I have only tried to print PDFs with the help of the free trial package of a third party tool whose way of processing is simple and fast. Besides, it seems to offer PDF processing tutorials about how to Create, Merge, Split, Preview and Print PDF Documents in C#. It is just one of many but I do appreciate it because it is totally manual. Even though I only tried its free trial package to print documents and images and didn′t check the cost and licensing conditions, it worked great for me. I am considering to buy the pro version, and still enjoying their free online conversion service. You can also google one to help you with your printing work. I hope you success. Good luck.

Best regards,
Arron
