I have 1 production SQL box that does several thing including reporting services. The box is a hypervisor VM. I'm thinking about using Azure Site Recovery to host a failover of this on premise box. Has anyone tried this? Any comments as far as pricing - transactions, bandwidth... I can't tell for sure what I would be charged for. I assume I would use block storage, but is the whole VM 1 transaction? When I fail back, is that bandwidth?
It looks cool, but I'm afraid of a pricing black hole.
