I have a sql 2014 active/passive cluster with both sql server and analysis services. A few times during failover only one of the roles fails over so what I end up with is my MDX on node2 and my sql server on node1. Trying to find a query which will tell me which roles are on which node. I can query which node is active but can't find a way to tell if MDX is on different node than sql server role
