I have an old server which has no replication subscriptions, no publishers registered but has a distribution database and 3 SQL jobs:
Agent History clean up Distribution
Replication agents checkup
Distribution Clean up: Distribution
Am I right in thinking the distribution database is only used for LOCAL subscriptions and publishers? Not for say i have another server somewhere pushing data to this server.
