I am getting the following error
SQL Server 2008 log indicates repetitive (once each minute) "Login failed for user domain\sqlsvcacct. Reason: Failed to open the explicitly specified database. [CLIENT: <local machine>]"
"Error: 18456 Severity: 14 State: 38"

Windows Server 2008 Enterprise x64 Version 6.0.6001 SP1
SQL Server 2008 Standard x64 sp3
Q: How do I find out what database this account is trying to login to?
Often the account has plenty of access db_owner to all the databases that it relates to
Any help is appreciated.
