Hi all
could you please suggest what is the error in installation,all the services are installed but i am unable to connect,please see the images.
i cant find the analysis services engine to start , i have installed 2012 sql server evaluation edition

You seem to have installed SQL Server Express. This does not include SSAS unless it is the "Advanced Services" version, which this doesn't seem to be.

Express doesn't support Analysis Services , you will not able to get Analysis services even after installing Advance features.

You need the full version of SQL Server, not Express. I was mistaken about Advanced Services.

can some one help me in uninstalling there are many folders in C drive for MSSQL server

i want to uninstall unrelated things(multiple sql server folders in C drive) and so that the present instance can be used to work.

can someone suggest good link for uninstalling...

To Uninstall an Instance of SQL Server
To begin the uninstall process, go to Control Panel and then Programs and Features.
Right click Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and select Uninstall. Then click Remove. This starts the SQL Server Installation Wizard.
Setup Support Rules runs to verify your computer configuration. To continue, click Next.
On the Select Instance page, use the drop-down box to specify an instance of SQL Server to remove, or specify the option to remove only the SQL Server shared features and management tools. To continue, click Next.
On the Select Features page, specify the features to remove from the specified instance of SQL Server.
Removal rules runs to verify that the operation can complete successfully.
On the Ready to Remove page, review the list of components and features that will be uninstalled. Click Remove to begin uninstalling
Immediately after you uninstall the last SQL Server 2012 instance, the other programs associated with SQL Server 2012 will still be visible in the list of programs in Programs and Features. However, if you close Programs and Features, the next time you open Programs and Features, it will refresh the list of programs, to show only the ones that are actually still installed.

Just make sure you only uninstall the instances that you want to uninstall and not the ones you want to keep.

If you sign up to the free Visual Studio Dev Essentials program then you can download and install SQL Server Developer Edition for free. This will give you Analysis Services for non-production use.

If you need Analysis Services for production use then you will have to pay for an edition of SQL Server that includes it.
