Im getting this error in the Event Viewer and the is something slower. What should i do?

There are multiple accounts with name MSSQLSvc/Server.domain.com:1433 of type 10

Thanks to anybody can help me.

Hello,
I hope someone can confirm for me what needs to be done from here:
I did what was requested by the Knowledge Base article, and below is the output from the vbs script in option 3 of the KB Article.
(please tell what needs to be done now ?)

The ERROR I am trying to resolve is this:
