Issues with upgrade to 2008 R2

  Hi, one of our rogue qa instance was overlooked during upgrade project for 2008-2008R2.

  I just tried to upgrade it and the upgrade "failed" with this error in the install logs:

  The funny thing is, when I go back to the server, it shows version 10.50.6400.3.

  However when I try to upgrade it to SP3, it says you cannot upgrade because of SQL is not up to date.

  Any help is welcome.
